Beef curry rice


This curry restaurant really focuses on beef. It will take 3 days for their beef tendon to be eaten with curry. After simmering it, they dip it with soup stock for a night and let it sit in refrigerator for whole day. Then they were simmered with curry source for one day.

Actually when I had the beef curry, they become so fine-cut that you might hardly watch them on the photo. But I was sure that I felt their unbelievable taste which I would not have experienced without the staff’s effort to make them. The beef blended in curry thoroughly. It was as if I had had beef shaped as curry.
