The motto of the restaurant is making their ramen carefully. So they spend all processes taking a lot of time.
I amazed to see the green onions cutting into small peace on the top of the ramen. They are easy to eat. They helped me to have the noodle and soup all the better because they tangled other ingredients so well.
The noodle was very thin and the soup was strong taste which blended Miso and Tonkotsu.
