Curry bowl with summer vegetables


This is not curry rice but curry bowl. Most Udon restaurants serve curry in this style. The curry of Udon shop is just different taste from the others because they use Japanese soup stock for ingredients. This shop use it in pork on the rice.

They arranged their curry which is served all year so that you can eat summer vegetables and refresh your self. I was surprised to see that there is Japanese ginger on top of it. That was the first time I had eaten it with curry. It made curry and vegetables more spicy and better to eat and it would be healthy.
