This is a local food which popular especially in western Japan. Ingredients are very healthy. Japanese mushroom,Japanese parsley, fish sausage, and bamboo shoot that are all cut to a fine to eat easily. They are simmered for a minutes with fish stock and egg.
We usually eat it with udon or soba. I recommend having it when you can hardly force yourself to eat strong taste food or the next day when you drunk too much. If you go to udon or soba shop, you can find a lot of bowl menu which are in many kind of meet, fish, or vegetable with egg.
