This noodle was very slippery. They boiled it and chill it with ice water so it was chewy and you can enjoy watching it.

They simmered this soup more than 8 hours. It was chicken base and rich taste. Different from ramen soup, it was more muddy.

I think this is evolution-type of ramen. Please try it, if you get tired of having ramen. You would find out something new.
