This type of bowl is not popular in Japan. But sometime, we can see it at izakaya or some Chinese restaurant. I was very surprised that they fried it with oyster butter soy sauce.

This is the first time I have eaten the food that was seasoned with that sauce. It was fantastic. The butter taste went well with other ingredients.

I ate this with mayonnaise little by little. It might seemed hight calorie food but actually it was light taste because of spinach component.
