Tatuta fried chicken


I bought a lunch box. It was in hamburg and tatuta fried chicken which is one sort of the fried chicken in Japan. I found that tatuta one was more delicious than I thought even I had it many time, so let me introduce it.

To begin with, they don’t use any flour but use potato starch. And then they dip it in soy source and sweet sake for several minutes before they fry it with oil. It is these two processes that this type of fried chicken is completely different from others.

The taste of fried chicken vary depending on the area in Japan. I will introduce some of them soon.
