Pork cutlet on rice


This is a bowl of rice topped with slices of deep-friend pork, beaten egg, and slices of onions cooked in sweet soy sauce based broth. Deep-friend pork is greasy so we eat it when we are very hangry or we want to eat strong food. Someone like the menu in which pork cutlet and rice are separated.

Pork cutlet on rice, which I ate the other day, was all ingredients were on the rice. I can get a taste of all things at the same time. If you like eating rice, I recommend it and If you like cutlet I recommend separated one.

You will be surprised at how nice the combination of egg tasting soup stock and cutlet.
