I was surprised to find out that this is originated in Japan. Omelette from France change its shape which Japanese can eat easily.
It is stir-fried rice wrapped in omelette. Ketchup is often put on it. I like one with white sauce not ketchup.
I ordered omelette rice with white sauce and asparagus. Lots of white sauce and rice satisfy my appetite.This restaurant has more than 100 menu of omelette rice. There are Koran one or Mexican one.So I looking forward trying them.
