This ramen’s soup was blended with seafood stock and tonkotsu stock. It was very easy taste.
A bamboo shoot was in the middle of the ramen. Usually, it is cut into small pieces. But this restaurant didn’t. It was very interesting.
The meet was seasoned well with black pepper, which was satisfying with my appetite.
I also ordered rice the rice menu.
They aim at making the ramen that you can eat it deliciously with rice. As they say, the rice was so great. I want you eat it by all means.
