This Hamberg steak was full scale. The price was normal which we pay for lunch averagely, so I really felt like making a profit.

I was amazed at how they use high-quality meat. The sauce was made of a red wine and beef ribs which simmer long time. It was rich and full flavor. You will not find out which is main dish, the meat or the source.
