This is Japanese food and like a Hashed beef in western countries. The crucial different point is that Hayashi rice is offered with rice. There is not any the other points.
I bought this at famous beef bowl shop, YOSHINOYA. They are selling this for a limited time. The beef was so soft and melted into the sauce well.
I have been loving this type of sauce since I was child because it make rice more delicious.
