The western style Udon


This food is very interesting. It is the thing between Japanese and western. It is a Udon with the mushrooms. What is unique is that they made sauteed the mushrooms and beef flavored with easy butter taste. It is on the Udon.

I was really surprised to see the lettuce was on the Udon with the saute. I thought it was just weird. But it was the key to make this food better. It blended right in butter taste.
