Cheese chicken cutlet is popular in Japan. You can see it in various food. Some times it is on curry rice and some times in sandwich. I bought lunch box in it.
Cheese and chicken are in the coating. Melting cheese make my appetite content.
Chicken cutlet was born in Japan. So I guess it was also in this country. There are many fusion of it putting some vegetable ,perilla, or some spicy cod. We are used to having dried seaweed on the rice. It’s traditional custom to make better to eat rice.
Below it, they put bonito flakes dipped in soy sauce. It is well thought out to eat rice better.
