This pasta originated in Japan even though pasta dish came from Italy. The main distinct point of it is fry the pasta with ketchup not tomato sauce. One day Japanese chef, who worked kitchen in a hotel invented it after World War Two.

I like its taste. I find it nostalgic taste every time I eat it. The ketchup and sausage are good pairing. I think it is Japanese Italian pasta. So please try it.
