I have heard a rumor recently that there is different ramen restaurant in Osaka and exterior and interior of that is so stylish. The most notable point is soup which made from rice soup stock.
Of course famous influencers has been willing to visit there for past a few month so have I.
The name of shop is GOD OF RICE
So many people visited the day I went to eat so I had to wait for over 30 minites.
Finally I got to have it. When I ate the soup, the taste was easy and it was like a French sauce. But not exactly the same. It was mysterious taste I have never experienced.
I also ordered rice which stock soup used ramen. It was much more delicious than the one in other restaurants. They supply salt, miso,and seafood seaweed. If you put the rice in soup, you can enjoy risotto.
