This ramen was very easy salt taste. The most notable point is that when you have soup, you can add Yuzukosho, which is condiment paste made from yuzu zest and chili peppers.
Yuzukosho change the soup taste into incredible deep seasoning. It would be things that westerner sprinkle tabasco with pizza. Even with out it, you can enjoy the taste which you would not experienced ever.
