Beef bowl

Gyudon is a bowl of rice topped with thinly sliced beef and onion simmered in a sweet soy sauce based sauce.

There are major gyudon chain restaurants in Japan. They are always being exposed to rivalry and price competing. Someone says that you can tell economic situation by looking at gyudon’s price at that time.

Good points of it are they served it quickly and you can finish eating right away. For that, busy worker love it.

I ate it for the first time in years. I realize good value for money and saving time for eating as well as good taste. Soft-boiled egg and beef is good combination.
