Cutlet curry made by Udon shop

The curry made by Udon specialty restaurants is a little different from one curry specialty made. After all, Udon restaurant usually use a lot of Japanese style soup stock and leek which they often put in Udon. Even though the name is the same, this made quite different world and I like this one.

There were so many beef tendons and they were becoming all part of my curry. If you are bored with normal curry in Japan, you should have this one.
