This restaurant has been for more than 20 years and very popular in Osaka. They simmer lean beef over a day to make its sauce. Then add it to 20 spice sauce and original fruits sauce. That’s why it is very sophisticating and luxury taste. At the same time, I found it a complex taste, sometime spicy and sometime sweet.
The cutlet had strong taste and easy to eat with curry. The texture of the batter was very crispy so I enjoyed having it. This is a full scale Japanese curry shop.
