I like sukiyaki which is kind of Japanese beef hot pot with a lot of vegetables. But I always feel it a bother to make it often. Then I usually buy a bowl in which ingredients of sukiyaki was put on.
Vegetables in it are Chinese cabbage, noodle made from konnyaku and green onion. With beef they are simmered for several minutes.
All of them are seasoned with different soy sauce, a little sweet and savory.
