Whitebait bowl


Whitebait is selling at supermarket all year, but they say their taste is the best from April to October. Famous chain restaurants and convenience stores are willing to release the menus using it. I ate one of them, whitebait bowl, the other day.

Set with chilled Udon

They use raw whitebait with sakura shrimp. These ingredients were seasoned with salt strongly. They go well with rice and seaweed. I sweat a lot in summer so I was happy to supply enough sodium. Chilled Udon made my body cold. You can get a good idea of the taste of Udon if you eat chilled Udon. The noodles are so smooth. I got refreshed through this lunch time.
