This bowl is using a part of pork that is the softest of all pork part.

The pork was seasoned with salt, garlic, and lemon juice. When I opened the lid, roasting aroma hit me. I got huge appetite. Of course I gobbled it. The pork was so soft.

Fatty pork, I think, is not popular in western country. You can find it at asian grocery in your country.
