Italian dessert


I visited full-scale Italian restaurant the other day. The photo is the dessert. If any of 3things had been missing, I would have enjoyed that time. These made originally world. They had all most all texture in one dish- soft, rough, slippery.

I was surprised to see that a cake came out in white cream which is above photo.

The pudding was flavored with Earl Grey and rich taste. I want to know what does Italian people think when they eat this dessert.
